Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all products and services are of the very highest standards, we understand that some may, on the very rare occasion, require a replacement or credit or refund. Our Company policy states that any possible defected product must be sent back to us within 7 days of receipt for inspection. Upon inspection, we shall notify you that we have received the returned item and will inform you of the status of the item after its inspection.
Return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must also be in its original packaging. Your item will need a receipt of proof of purchase.
Shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund. Any refund will be by credit or replacement. If paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be back to the same card. We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits. There is no obligation to provide a refund, credit or replacement where, in our opinion upon inspection, there is no fault with the returned item.
